How the spacer works
A blank line between two paragraphs is just two line breaks in a row. A line that holds a single character is not blank, so it keeps its place. The generator gives every blank line between two lines of text one spacer: the Braille pattern blank, which shows as an empty line, or a dot if you tick that option. Single line breaks stay exactly as you typed them. Spaces at the end of a line are removed, and blank lines at the very start or end of the caption are dropped, because they only add empty space.
Hashtags at the bottom
Many accounts keep hashtags out of the way below the caption. With Move hashtags ticked, a row of hashtags that ends a line, or fills a line of its own, moves to the bottom after three spacer lines. A hashtag in the middle of a sentence stays put. Keep the total to five: that is the most PostBoost lets you schedule on one Instagram post.
Before you post
Read the count under the result. It includes every spacer and line break, so it matches what Instagram will see. Long captions are cut after the first lines in the feed, so put the hook first. When the caption is ready, click Schedule this above to open it as a draft in PostBoost and schedule it to Instagram and your other networks at once.
