Why teams schedule Discord with PostBoost

One calendar for every channel

See Discord next to your other 14 channels and move posts when plans change.

One post, a version per network

Write once, then adjust the text for Discord without copying the post.

Know when a post fails

If Discord rejects a post, you see why and can retry it once it is fixed. A webhook can tell your code too.

No surprise pings

Mentions are turned off, so a scheduled post never pings @everyone.

Connect Discord in three steps

  1. Create a webhook

In Discord open the channel's settings, then Integrations, Webhooks, New Webhook.

  2. Copy the URL

Copy Webhook URL. The webhook's name and avatar are the author of every post.

  3. Connect

In PostBoost choose Connect account, then Discord, and paste the URL.

Post to Discord from your AI agent or your code

Ask your agent

“Post this update to our Discord announcements channel at 16:00.”

Connecting needs a webhook URL, so do it in the dashboard or with the API (connectChannel). Do not paste webhook URLs into a chat.
