Approvals and team in one paragraph

PostBoost keeps your team's accounts and posts in one workspace. Admins, members and viewers get different rights, and members without approval rights send posts for review instead of publishing them. Team seats depend on the plan: 1 on Pro, 3 on Pro Max and 10 on Agency.

Questions

How many team members can I add?

It depends on the plan: 1 on Pro, 3 on Pro Max and 10 on Agency. Pending invitations count toward the limit.

Can a client approve posts?

Anyone you invite to a workspace sees everything in it, so most agencies keep approvals inside their team and send clients a branded PDF report.

Can my AI agent skip the approval step?

Your agent acts with the rights of the person who connected it. If that person needs approval, so do the agent's posts.
