How the calendar is built
Each week starts on the weekday of your start date. For every network you tick, the generator spreads that network's posts per week as evenly as the seven days allow and puts each post at the time you set. When two networks post on the same day, the earlier time comes first. Your content pillars then rotate over all posts in date order, so with "Tips, Product" the first post is a tip, the second a product post, and so on.
Using the files
The CSV has one row per post and an empty Idea column, ready to share with your team or to fill in during a planning session. The .ics file adds every post to your calendar as a short reminder at its planned time. The times are floating local times: a post planned for 10:00 shows at 10:00 wherever you open the calendar.
From plan to scheduled posts
A calendar only helps if the posts go out on time. Once the ideas are written, schedule them in PostBoost: one composer for all your networks, a calendar view of everything that is planned, and posting queues that keep the rhythm you chose here.
