Validate post (dry run)
POST/:workspaceUuid/posts/validate
Runs everything create-post checks without creating anything: request validation,
network requirements (text length, media count and type, links) for every given account,
whether or not the post is scheduled, and the guardrails (duplicate content, daily caps,
account health). Always answers 200; read valid. Any workspace member, including
viewers, may call it. Recommended agent loop: account health, validate, then create.

Validation result
Missing or invalid API token.
Access denied. Returned when the caller is not a member of the workspace, lacks the role
the endpoint needs, or the workspace's plan does not include API access (capability api).
