Connection Health

Social networks expire or revoke access tokens. PostBoost refreshes tokens automatically where the network allows it, predicts when a connection will stop working, and warns you before a scheduled post fails.

Which networks expire when

Alerts

When a connection's predicted expiry is 7, 3 and 1 days away, PostBoost:

• emails the workspace admins with a reconnect link, and
• sends the account.token_expiring webhook (once per threshold). Reconnecting resets the alerts.

When a network revokes access, the account.disconnected webhook fires and the account shows as disconnected in the dashboard.

Check health from the API

GET /{workspaceUuid}/account-health returns, for every account, a connection block:

status	healthy, failing (latest publish failed), expiring (expires within 7 days) or expired (reconnect now)
expires_at, days_left	Predicted hard expiry, when the network has one
expiry_kind	access, refresh, expired, unknown or none
last_success_at, last_error	Latest successful publish and the latest publish error
reconnect_url	Where to reconnect the account

Token values are never returned.

Open https://postboost.co/app/<workspace uuid>/health to see the same information for every account, with a Reconnect button.

Reconnect links for clients

Agencies can create a single-use link (valid 7 days) that lets the account's owner reconnect it without a PostBoost login: POST /{workspaceUuid}/accounts/{accountUuid}/reconnect-links, or Get a link to send on the health page. The link refreshes only that account; signing in as another profile or page changes nothing. This feature is being rolled out and may return 404 until it is enabled.
