Approve and apply an agent proposal
POST/:workspaceUuid/agent-proposals/:proposalUuid/approve
Applies the proposal at once: hold_post moves the post back to draft, edit_caption
replaces the caption. When the post was edited, deleted or left the schedule since the
proposal was made, nothing changes and the proposal becomes stale. Admins and members only.

Missing or invalid API token.
Access denied. Returned when the caller is not a member of the workspace, lacks the role
the endpoint needs, or the workspace's plan does not include API access (capability api).

The proposal was already decided, expired or went stale; data is its current state.
