# Plan, schedule and publish to 15 channels from one calendar.

Write one post, adjust it for each account, then schedule it, add it to your queue or publish now. Your team, your agent and your code all work in the same calendar.

## What you get

- **Month and week calendar**: See every scheduled post across accounts and move it when plans change.
- **A queue per account**: Set posting times once and add posts to the next free slot.
- **Best times from your own results**: PostBoost suggests posting times per account from that account's engagement history.
- **One caption per account**: Start from one text and change it per account without copying posts.
- **Formats each network supports**: Reels and Stories on Instagram and Facebook, threads on X, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon and Pixelfed.
- **Media library**: Keep images and videos in folders and reuse them across posts.
- **A list of every post**: Filter by status, tag or account, search, restore from Trash and delete in bulk.

## Everything in Publish and schedule

- Month and week calendar
- Drag a post to a new day or time
- Posts list by status: drafts, needs approval, scheduled, published, failed
- Search and filter by tag or account
- Schedule, post now or add to the queue
- A different time per account, or staggered times
- Weekly queue slots per workspace or per account
- Suggested slots and best times from your own results
- Duplicate a post
- Delete in PostBoost, on the network or both
- Trash and restore
- Telegram, Discord and Slack as extra targets

## How it works

1. **Connect your accounts**: Each network connects with its own sign-in.
2. **Write and adjust**: One post, a version per account, media from your library.
3. **Schedule or queue**: Pick a time, use a suggested best time or add it to the queue.

## Do it from the dashboard, your agent or your code

- Dashboard: Drag a post to a new day in the calendar to reschedule it.
- Ask your agent: "Draft a LinkedIn and X post about our release and add both to the queue." (MCP tools: `create-post`, `add-post-to-queue`)
- API: `createPost` (https://postboost.co/docs/api/create-post/)

```bash
curl -X POST https://postboost.co/app/api/{workspaceUuid}/posts \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_TOKEN" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"accounts": [12], "queue": true, "versions": [{"account_id": 0, "is_original": true, "content": [{"body": "Our API 1.8 is live."}]}]}'
```

## Publish and schedule in one paragraph

PostBoost plans and publishes social posts to 15 channels (X, Facebook Pages, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, Bluesky, Mastodon, Pixelfed, Telegram, Discord and Slack). Each post can have its own caption per account, media from a shared library and network formats such as Reels, Stories and X threads. Schedule a post for a time, add it to an account's queue or publish now. The Free plan includes 3 scheduled posts; paid plans have no limit.

```text
create: POST /posts (createPost); schedule: true + date/time, queue: true, or schedule_now: true
